Peas and carrots (carrot ice cream and some kinda wasabi pea pearls)
Rose macarons and ginger caramels and jasmine tea gummy
Sweet potato custard with curry ice cream and some candied nuts
I forgot to take pictures of all the other courses. But slivers of pig heart. And a foie gras sundae. And liver filled ravioli with onions. Yum yum in my tum.
