yay usaa! this is my bank!!!
because they only have like 2 physical locations (one being in san antonio) and people all over the world use them, for years they’ve been early to adopt the latest tech to make remote banking easy and secure.
also they have the nicest and most helpful customer service. makes me borderline evangelical about them. weird, i know.
USAA, a small, privately held bank catering mostly to military personnel, will be the first to roll out an iPhone app that lets you deposit a check to your account just by photographing both sides of it. (via iPhone Check Depositing On The Way (AAPL))
